Margaret Boersma, a passionate educator, trainer, consultant, and speaker who is dedicated to equipping educators, parents, and pastors with communication and leadership skills including novel teaching methods and emotional intelligence will lead us through an interactive and practical training session called “Empowering Your Voice: Mastering the Art of Communicating Upward”. With her extensive knowledge in social-emotional learning (SEL), she inspires others to apply biblical principles to their everyday lives regardless of their circumstances. Margaret’s unwavering faith is the foundation of all her work as she seeks to be God’s light the world.
We will also be exploring the forthcoming report “Create and Cultivate”. This is a follow up document to the Canadian Baptist Youth Leaders Forum 2022 and we will explore how this report will impact our local churches.
