We’re honoured to welcome Rev. Dr. John Campbell, as our speaker, from Acadia University.
Rev. John Campbell’s life is lived at the intersection of Faith, Fundraising, and Technology.
As the Director of Development, John oversees a wide range of fundraising activities and programs to raise support required for both the immediate and long terms need of students and the school.
As the Director of Technology for Education, John leads the faculty and staff in effectively using technology in and out of the classroom. He is passionate about using technology not only in educational settings but also in the local church’s ministry.
Ordained in 2008, John has served in pastoral ministry for over ten years, including as the Youth and Young Adult Pastor of The Crossing Church (formally West End Baptist Church) in St. John’s, Newfoundland.
John graduated from the University of New Brunswick (Bachelor of Computer Science), Acadia University (Master of Divinity), and the Arrow Leadership Program.
He resides in Kentville, Nova Scotia, with his wife Sara and two children.
