Breathing is such an innate, automatic, profound and life-sustaining act. It is so simple (even a baby can do it) and yet so profound with all the mechanisms that make it work. Our relationship with Jesus is similar. This curriculum (with separate Jr. high and Sr. high editions) explores of what it is to build intimacy with Christ (inhale) and what it means to be transformed in how we live life with a Christ-like character (exhale). One cannot happen without the other: if we only intake air we drown and if only exhale air we suffocate.
