Day 5: The team from Harmony Baptist spent the day serving children in the local community. Part of the day they got to teach a bible lesson and help make craft paper cross with the kids.

CE-DR 2023: before departure
We are excited to be sending a team of 15 students and leaders from Kingsway Baptist Church and Mimico Baptist Church on this compassion experience to the Dominican Republic on March 9-16. They will be joining the Lighthouse Project which CBOQ Youth has supported for 20+ years. Today's insights come from Wanda Huntington (our team coordinator and member from Harmony Road Baptist Church) and Ron Ferguson (our camera guy and leader with First Baptist Church in Smiths Falls).
