This Sunday (March 4) is CBOQ Sunday. This year is special (at least for the Next Gen team) because the focus is the Next Generation.

It’s our hope that, for part of your Sunday service, you will focus on what we’re doing as a family of churches with this upcoming generation. By now, you should have received the latest edition of The Canadian Baptist magazine. In it are several articles articulating ways you can reach out to the next generation that include examples of how other churches similar to yours are doing just that. This focus on Next Gen leads up to Assembly where we’ll celebrate what God is already doing and inspire us towards where he’s leading.

Together, we continue to strive to bring the person and message of Jesus to this next generation. In w hat ways are you already doing that? (Feel free to share those ideas in the comments below.)
