Luz Y Verdad (led by Laura Elena and Jose Campos) has a youth ministry with teens ages 13-19 years old. While they have been the youth leaders for about one year, there is a growing affinity within the group.  

In the fall of 2023, they hosted a special party regarding their Hispanic heritage. They celebrated the independence of their countries and talked about being proud of being Latinos; this is one way their youth can share the gospel with their friends.  

These kinds of experiences together help build a common ground with others, and in turn, they see ways of how the person and message of Jesus can be extended to their friends outside of the church.
